In every match, there is something to play for.

Sunday 23 May

Sunday 23 May

ASTON VILLA 17:00 CHELSEA

Chelsea’s top-four prospects are in their own hands. But they risk missing out on a UEFA Champions League qualification spot if they lose at Aston Villa.

In four final-day encounters versus Villa, the Blues had a terrible record, losing three times and drawing once.

Olivier Giroud has scored in seven straight games against Villa. He might become only the second player in Premier League history, after Robin van Persie, to score in eight straight games against an opponent.

Sunday 23 May

FULHAM 17:00 NEWCASTLE

Joe Willock has his sights set on a Newcastle United record. Willock would tie Premier League Hall of Fame entrant Alan Shearer’s club record of scoring in seven consecutive PL appearances if he scores.

Sunday 23 May

LEEDS 17:00  WESTBROM

Leeds United’s chances of qualifying for the UEFA Europa League are dependent on them winning on Sunday and the three clubs above them losing, with a goal difference swing of 15 in favor of Spurs.

They’ll have 59 points with a win, the most for a promoted side since Ipswich Town had 66 in 2000/01.

Sunday 23 May

LEICESTER 17:00 TOTTENHAM

Leicester might repeat last season’s heartache and finish outside of the UEFA Champions League qualification position if they do not beat the Spurs after spending a season-high 242 days in the top four.

They’ll need a win and a favor from Villa, who are playing Chelsea or Crystal Palace at Anfield.

If the Spurs win and West Ham United lose at Southampton. Also they will qualify for the UEFA Europa League.

Harry Kane aims to become only the third player in Premier League history to finish with the most goals and assists in the same season.

In the Golden Boot race, he is tied for second with Mohamed Salah with 22 goals, and he leads the Playmaker race with 13 assists, one more than Bruno Fernandes. Kane would also become the joint-highest scorer in final-day matches with two goals on Sunday, equaling Andrew Cole and Les Ferdinand’s nine. An amazing last day in the Premier League.

Sunday 23 May

LIVERPOOL 17:00 CRYSTAL PALACE

After returning to the top four in midweek, Liverpool seeks a win that will secure them a spot in the top four.

Salah’s quest for a third Golden Boot continues against a Palace side against whom he has scored five goals in his last four meetings. After original Hall of Fame members Shearer and Thierry Henry. Also, he may become only the third player to win the Golden Boot in three consecutive seasons.

Sadio Mane has a chance to equal Robin van Persie’s tournament record of eight consecutive goals versus Palace.

Sunday 23 May

MANCHESTER CITY 17:00 EVERTON

Sergio Aguero will tie Wayne Rooney for the most goals scored with one club if he scores in his final game for City. Wayne Rooney has 183 goals for Manchester United.

On the final day of the Premier League, Pep Guardiola has a chance to become the manager with the best overall record. Chris Coleman and he both have a perfect record of four victories out of four.

Everton will be trying to leapfrog the Spurs for a place in the UEFA Europa League Conference League. They could even finish sixth if they win, and other results go their way, but they’d require an eight-goal difference swing.

Sunday 23 May

SHEFFIELD 17:00 BURNLEY

For their final Premier League encounter, Sheffield United still has two incentives.

If they lose, they will become the first Premier League team to lose 30 games in a season. Also going without a goal will make them the first top-flight team to go 20 games without scoring.

Sunday 23 May

WESTHAM 17:00 SOUTHAMPTON

West Ham needs a point to finish sixth in the Premier League for the second time, securing a place in the UEFA Europa League.

Michail Antonio is just one goal short of Paolo Di Canio’s club-record 47 Premier League goals.

Sunday 23 May

WOLVES 17:00 MANCHESTER UNITED

After the Arsenal teams of 2001/02 and 2003/04. Man Utd hopes to become only the third Premier League team to go undefeated away from home in a season.

For the Playmaker award, Fernandes will try to make up for Kane’s one assist disadvantage.
