Regardless of the outcome in Bergamo tonight, Atalanta’s spot in the Champions League was secured. Milan needed to win to secure their place, and with the win, they would finish second.
Franck Kessié, a former Atalanta midfielder, scored the Rossoneri’s first goal of the game right before halftime with a penalty kick into the bottom left corner.
Milan granted another penalty for a handball in stoppage time, which Kessie scored for a 2-0 lead. Atalanta sent off marten De Roon for contesting the decision.

After the restart, Morata added his second goal with a powerful strike that slid under the body of Bologna goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski.
For the hosts, Riccardo Orsolini added a late consolation goal.
Napoli vs. Verona

Napoli was held at home by 10th-placed Verona, resulting in a fifth-place finish and qualification for the Europa League next season.
Amir Rahmani gave Gennaro Gattuso’s side the lead on the hour mark, but they quickly clawed back when Davide Faraoni equalized Verona.
