Amazing Tonight here for Barcelona and Messi in the La Liga Hello and welcome to this Barcelona vs. Getafe live blog, as we enjoy some midweek La Liga Santander action. After beating Athletic Bilbao in the Copa del Rey final Club last Saturday night, Ronald Koeman gets back into the table with Atletico Madrid (eight points), Real Madrid (five points), and Sevilla (two points) all ahead of them in the table. Barcelona has two games in hand over the three teams above them, so they cannot afford to drop points against Getafe, as they did at the Estadio Coliseum Alfonso Perez earlier in the season when they lost 1-0. Here, we’ll have all the build-up to this Matchday 31 game and then minute-by-minute updates after the 22:00 CEST kick-off.
