After starring in a recent intra-club match at Kirkby , the 17-year-old has been attracting attention.
Last summer, the Reds signed Musialowski from SMS Lodz, and the Liverpool Echo reports that Arsenal were also interested in the young winger.
“When Musialowski was at Rakow Czestochowa, he attracted the attention of some major clubs,” Karolina Kubek, a Polish-born Liverpool fan, told the Echo.
“He participated in a Legia Warsaw football training camp, but his parents were reluctant to relocate to Warsaw.”
Instead, they preferred SMS Lodz because he could travel to Lodz twice a week for training and a third time for a weekend match.
NEW!! Liverpool in the race for Musialowski enthralling Polish teenager. “It was out of the question in Warsaw – he’d have to move in – so his parents essentially influenced his first moves.” Later, there were several hints that he would join Arsenal, where he was tested on many occasions but their academy coaches were undecided about signing him.
“Maybe they waited too long because the Stellar Group (a football agency) intervened and sent him to Liverpool.”
