Real Madrid settle to sacrifice two stars for cavani’s inclusion

Edinson Cavani is still without a club after deciding not to go through with PSG’s European adventure.

And while Juventus would have been interested in his profile, the former Napoli striker would have rebuffed the Old Lady’s advances.

But what will Edinson Cavani do next season?

Real Madrid officials have expressed interest in hiring Uruguayan veteran Edinson Cavani

after his departure from French club Paris Saint-Germain in Mercato this summer, according to press reports.

Cavani became a free agent and is therefore entitled to move to any club this summer after the end of his contract with the Parisian giant,

who recently lost the Champions League title (Champions League) to German club Bayern Munich.

Cavani failed to join the Portuguese club Benfica recently after negotiations between the two sides reached an impasse,

due to a dispute over the value of the salary to be paid by the player.

However, officials at the Madrid giants are considering hiring the 33-year-old if they succeed in selling Luka Jović and Mariano Diaz this summer,

Spanish newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport reported.

Both Jović and Diaz failed to convince the veteran Frenchman Zinedine Zidane, real Madrid’s coach,

which could lead the French football legend to get rid of them in preparation for Cavani’s services.

in which he defended the colors of the Parisian giant’s shirt,
along with 104 goals in 138 games,he played with Napoli.

Leeds United are on the list of clubs interested in joining Edinson Cavani, having already revealed an ambitious plan to sign him following his rise to the Premier League.
