A traffic accident suffered by the former Cameroonian international, Samuel Eto’o, the legend of the Spanish club Barcelona in Cameroon, and was subsequently transferred to the hospital for treatment

Samuel Eto’o, a legend of Cameroonian football, was in a traffic accident and was taken to hospital after his car collided with a bus in Cameroon, according to press reports.

The French magazine France Football has reported that the former Barcelona striker will undergo further medical checks at the hospital following the accident.

The accident occurred, according to the newspaper, near the city of Nkungsamba,

while Eto’o was returning home after attending a wedding.

Journalist Martin Camus said he had spoken to Ito, who wanted to reassure his fans of his health.

Pictures of the car in which Samuel Eto’o was traveling were published, showing that the front of it was severely damaged.

The BBC, quoting relatives of the retired Cameroonian star, confirmed that the accident did not result in any deaths.

Samuel Eto’o retired from football last year after a long career full of accomplishments and individual titles.

in addition to winning the European Champions League (Champions League) more than once.

Samuel Eto’o is the historic scorer for the Cameroon national team throughout history, scoring 49 goals in 97 matches.
