Bayern Munich coach Hansi Flick bade farewell to Thiago Alcantara,
who completed his agreement with Liverpool to move to the English team during the current summer transfer period.
Bayern Munich president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge confirmed, today, Thursday,
that Liverpool have completed their agreement with Thiago Alcantara, the German player.
During the press conference before the Bayern and Schalke match in the opening game of the German League tomorrow,
Flick said: “Thiago is an extraordinary player and he was important to us.”
The Bayern coach added: “I enjoyed working with him,
I can only congratulate Liverpool for having a great player and a great person.”
Bayern and Liverpool have agreed to move the 29-year-old to Anfield for four years in a deal that will cost the English club 20 million pounds, with only 5 million pounds paid in advance.
Bayern’s field average played 235 games, whether domestic or European, to score 31 goals, against making 37 crucial goals.
It is worth noting that the Bayern Munich player was recently crowned with his team the Champions League, as well as the League and the Domestic Cup.
