According to Spanish and Italian press reports, Luis Suarez will get a two-year contract with Juventus, under which he will receive a salary of 10 million euros per season.
Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez has agreed to move to Juventus,
by a contract who will be on a two-year , while Barcelona will receive a small fee, according to Spanish press reports.
According to the Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona has asked Suarez and Arturo Vidal,
who are also in talks to terminate his contract early to be able to join Inter Milan,
to train separately from the rest of the team by new coach Ronald Koeman.
There are now multiple press reports in Spain and Italy that Suárez has agreed to personal terms with Juventus.
Suarez’s two-year contract with Juventus will be worth 10 million euros per net season for the 33-year-old Uruguayan international.
The remaining problem is how to get away from Barcelona,
where it seems that the termination of the contract will not be an easy route,
instead of Barcelona is likely to accept a nominal fee like it did with Rakitic, who moved to Sevilla for only 1.5 million euros.
Suarez is now working on an Italian passport,
and he is entitled to do so because his wife is a grandparent from Italy,
due to Juventus’ inability to include players from outside the EUROPEAN Union due to regulations.
However, he has to learn Italian to pass the test, which he booked next week.
The Italian newspaper La Gazzetta Dello Sport noted that the Bianconeri organized lessons for Luis Suarez to learn Italian before traveling to Turin to conclude the contract.
Suarez has played 283 games in all competitions, scoring 198 goals and making 109.
